While on business in Tucson recently, I decided to visit the local clbus. Decided Curves was the better option of all the choices. Curve's is owned by the same company that runs Raider's reef in tucson as well as a handful of clubs here in phoenix. In my opinion it doesn't have a very good feeling to it from the moment you walk in. You have to duck down to walk around in some areas, and the seating arrangement is pretty whack. Supposedly curves is supposed to have hotter women than other clubs and I've heard a lot of dancers talk about how great it is. Personally I can't really see what it is that they are talking about. If you want to get your own drinks from the bar it takes forever, and if you want to get drinks from the waitresses, it takes forever.
On Friday's the club full of people, which means you are manuevering around to sit down or find a girl, etc. The bathrooms are not exactly squeeky clean, nor horrifying. The dance prices are the same as in radiers reef or most places in town, and I believe the cover charge is about the same - based on other reviews. I didn't stuck around to go to the v.i.p room or champagne room here.
Dancer quality was ok - not the best but there were a few girls I took back for a couple of dances. Decent contact but nothing crazy; nothing offered either.
