As some of the other reviewers have noted, Cheetahs has been having some issues with LE recently, and this has had a somewhat negative effect on the club, even by SD standards. Bouncers are being more vigilant about what goes on in the private dance rooms, and the girls are less likely to let you get too friendly. In general, the girls that work at Cheetahs are really more eye-candy than anything else. Given the huge customer pool from the nearby military bases and college campuses, most of these girls already make out just fine doing regular dances. Plus, with the current situation with vice, it's really unlikely you'll get to do anything crazy. If you really want more, you'll have to head south to TJ or north to COI. If you're stuck in SD, it's probably the best of the lot.

Anyway, I tend to go before it gets too crazy at night when it turns into a circus atmosphere. For the most part, the girls are attractive and fairly nice, although they are pretty focused on selling dances and generally don't do much more than the standard "want a dance" routine. Girls will ask for a tip after their stage show so you can sit around for a good while and not burn too much cash while you check out the lineup and decide if you want to get a couple of dances. The only dancer I'll name is Lilah. She gives weak dances and tried to short both me and my friend on the number of dances. Plus, she actually got pissed when we didn't want to get anymore dances with her later in the night. She is a major ROB and is to be avoided.
