This club is dark, dark and...

This club is dark, dark and dark. Even the dance stage was dark. If you want to showcase your talent, you might want to have some light to make the "goods" sparkle but maybe that's the point -- there is NO talent. It took me a while to get adjusted to the lack of light, but from what I could see the girls ranged from 4-6's. There were definitely no standouts from what I could see, but then again, maybe I should have brought nightvision goggles. The girls all looked pretty bored and no one except the bartender approached me even though there were 10-15 girls and about 10 customers in the whole bar. Usually girls in the evening (especially a Friday night) are looking to make money but I definitely didn't get that vibe here.

The layout is basically a good-sized stage in the middle with a bar on either side. This is a pretty good configuration, except the entrance way opens up to one bar with two cops "monitoring" the place. Kind of weird. I've seen cops at clubs, but they're usually in the lobby area and not IN the actual club. The other bar is on the far end of the club and it looks empty. If there wasn't a bartender there, I would have thought this bar was closed. There's also a little game room with pool table and video games near the back. Whenever I see a game room in a SC it feels kind of cheesy. I would much rather have the club focus on the talent, dance booths and VIP Room. The dance booths were around the perimeter of the club and they looked ok. They reminded me of restaurant booths with a longer wall to give privacy. Also, 75% of the tv's were set to Keno and the remaining 25% were showing actual games but the placement and size of the tv's were small and in awkward locations.

The cover was $10 and the Corona in a can was $6. I had a drink and watched the center stage dancer go through the motions of her routine for the one customer at the stage. It was pretty boring and the vibe was just plain dead. After about 15 minutes, I didn't see any girl I really wanted to have a dance with and I couldn't get a decent seat that had a view of the game and the girls at the same time, so I just decided to bolt. I've read the reviews for this place and they all sound a lot more positive than my review so what the heck gives? Even if this was a crappy night, the club is friggin dark and for all I know all the dancers could be transvestites. This was a very disappointing experience and I won't be back to this club.
