This was a Saturday, daytime visit, so... take it for what it's worth. I liked what I've always liked here, and I was quickly tired of what I'm basically always tired of, here. The good: clean, friendly, upscale, comfortable, $10 dances. The bad: much respect to all of the dancers, but most (on the Saturday early afternoon shift) were "near misses" (6 and 7's), one was an 8 or tired 9, and one was an absolute all-time rock star. I wound up spending my time with the girl who was basically perfect... gorgeous, sweet, composed, relaxed, comfortable, at ease, smart, articulate, confident, etc., etc., etc. She made the whole visit and the time and money spent, totally worth it. I'd go back to see her anytime.

This club is still in my top three for the area. I think I'm more of a Bourbon Street Circus fan, overall. But Christies' Tempe is right up there for atmosphere, talent, and overall fun whether you're pacing slowly through ten-dollar bills, or taking the VIP plunge. I'd struggle to recommend any club in the area higher than these two, to a first time or out-of-town visitor.
