I stopped by the Hustler club...

I stopped by the Hustler club on my one-night tour of ESL clubs. I went to Penthouse, Hollywood, Hustler, and the PT's Sports Bar. I think the pluses of the Hustler Club are that (a) dances were reasonably priced and (b) on that particular night I found a hot dancer who was my type.

I paid 20 to get a VIP wrist band and for a cover. The girl at the door said that it got me into the smoking area (I don't smoke) and also back into the private dance area. The regular cover is 10. I got a good size coke for 3 bucks, which was a welcome change from the other clubs that were charging an arm and leg for dinky drinks. Physically, the club has one main stage with three rotatable poles, one smaller stage next to it, and a third stage that wasn't there when I used it. There are VIP rooms, which I didn't go to, and also a private dance area for lap, couch, and bed dances. Bed dances were 30 a song, which is a good deal.

I just chilled out a while and watched the girls dance on stage. Some of them were pretty good on the pole, and a few almost had a happy / cheerleader kind of vibe on stage (as opposed to something sultry / sexier). Frankly, that didn't work for me, but I spoke to a couple of them after they got of stage, and they generally seemed to be that personality type, so I don't fault them.
