I went to the club to enjoy the buffet, and see what kind of girls on shift.

Girls dance off two stages on the first floor which has a bar and CR. There is a third (practice stage) in a back area of the first floor. After enerting the club and going by the bar on your right you have stage one on your left and going around the bar to the right is a sports bar area or man cave on your left, stairway to VIP ahead (bawdy house paintings on walls) and pool table on far right then elevator to VIP. The club also has a spacious, shaded patio with a bar. There are dancers in bikinis who can provide fun at your table and this can be very exciting. Often I have gone there first, found a girl, struck up a conversation, and taken her to VIP to explore matters further.

In the upstairs VIP is a bar, couches in dimly lit area and gaming machines. Entry to VIP is $120 unless you are member. The Ritz is the premier SE club and near Hobby airport. I highly recommend this club and making it a friend on FB will give you lots of info and pics.
