This club definitely falls into the dive bar rather than high end club category. I've always wondered why it receives so many more reviews on here than all the other bad strip clubs here in Indianapolis. It's been reviewed more than the better PT's or Rick's and almost as much as the excellent Dancers. Is it living off past reputation? Is it in a good location? You can tell a good club in Indianapolis by asking the girls where they've worked before. Most of the top quality dancers circulate between the top tier clubs Brad's, Dancers, PT's and Ricks. At the second tier clubs, maybe only one or two dancers have worked at one of those clubs previously. She's usually someone who would rather be the hottest dancer in a bad club than an average dancer in a good club. I only rarely run across anyone at Harem House who has ever worked in a good club and then it was only many years ago. I know this is harsh but there's a reason why the local nickname for this club is Scare 'em House. Beside the poor selection of dancers, the ineptness of the management also shows up in a lot of other areas like the stinkiness of the restrooms, the hiring of an obnoxious dj with his bad music, and the large number of empty tables most nights.
