They should change their name to "The Black Rose". Seriously, two-thirds of the dancers are black girls. This has become a similar club to "Babes" in south Austin. Even most of the few white girls at Yellow Rose are ghetto.

Thing is the few remaining really hot rock/alternative white girls dancing in Austin still are likely to show up at the Rose, than than any other club in Austin. But you have to be extremely lucky to be there when they are there. And put up with the rap/hip-hop environment the club has every night.

So if black girls are your thing... you'll make love Yellow Rose. It just doesn't do it for me. I prefer Expose and Palazio instead.
