Very frustrating club. More bad than...

Very frustrating club. More bad than good with basic strip club prerequisites often violated. Such as: Many girls not getting up on stage when DJ calls, those that do get up giving lackluster effort but expecting tips and LD's just for being there. Management not requiring any stripper protocols to be met (timely stage appearance, effort, nudity... all a crapshoot, maybe yes, probably no)... the girls just kind of do their own thing. Some girls only working the floor (not dancing) getting pissy when you turn them down for a LD or CR. And so it goes.....

The end result is a club that has definitely lost a lot of business; the owner is rich though from the booming 90's-early 2000's so no incentive to make any positive improvements (for the customer). The owner still manages to devise ways to bleed the girls, however. Fees, fees and more fees for them. What trickles down to us is apathetic girls just hustling to make their nut... consequently, performance all-around suffers (stage, laps and upstairs). Once you couldn't move in this club there were so many customers; now, stage side seating is never a problem, even on weekends.

Having said all that, it's still possible you walk in someday and luck into a few good girls working that night that will save the day and make your experience worthwhile. There are still some roaming around Mardi Gras that know how to do their stripper job effectively -- and they make the most money, btw. Good stage shows (nude), solid lappers and no lies regarding upstairs. (Many lie about what will happen upstairs, so be VERY SELECTIVE. Trust me.) Problem is, only about 30% of the dancers here fall into this category of "good strippers" that actually deliver value for your money. So your odds are always better to leave disappointed.
