I went on a Tuesday night when there were big storms, so probably the attendance was atypically low.

I had not visited since Treasures had run into its law enforcement problems about a year ago. The club came perilously close to being shut down for drug and prostitution charges, and only exists now on probation. I didn't know what that exactly meant, but unfortunately I was about to find out.

First of all, it is expensive just to go in. The valet was $20, and with the weather that night I was eager to pay it. Valet is not mandatory, but because of the small parking lot often necessary. Then it's another $15 cover charge. This night I met a manager at the door I was friends with, and he let me in for free.
