I was in Shreveport/Bossier City for...

I was in Shreveport/Bossier City for vacation and had never been to a Larry Flynt club, so I thought this would be a great time to try one. It is on the Shreveport side of the river within walking distance from Sam's Town and the El Dorado. There are other bars nearby, so if you are looking to go to a bunch of places the location works great.

I was there on a Tuesday and Wednesday (enjoyed it so much I wanted to go back) and the club was fairly empty of customers, but there were plenty of girls working. I would say 15-20. I didn't know what to expect, but was very impressed with the quality of the girls. All were relatively fit (no token fat one) and great dancers (either pole or otherwise). There was a mix of ethnicities and hair color, but was kind of short on Latina dancers (mostly white and black), but this being northern Louisiana that should not be a surprise. Definitely good quality dancers though. A lot of girls had a lot of tattoos so if that turns you off you may find some trouble here.

I am a beer drinker and given that Tuesday is $2 domestics, wells, and wines, I did not stray too far on selection, so I could not offer much advice on the breadth of offerings, but the bar is fairly large. Domestics go to $5 on non-specials nights. There were a decent amount of waitresses, so getting a drink was not a problem, but again, the club was hardly full. I bought VIP one night that gives you access upstairs, but unless the club is packed, I wouldn't get it. Sure you can get a drink a little faster, but the girls don't really dance at the stage up there because no one was there, plus the waitresses downstairs are good and fast. During a busy night, I think it would be more than worth it to get a closer stage and your own bartender.
