Shotgun's is moving up, but staying in Glendale. Debbie, the majority owner of the club,has announced that the esteemed joint is moving across Virginia avenue in a large new building with more stages and bars. The current issue of Westword has pictures of the staff, including strippers, announcing the new building project. Apparently the widening of Virginia Ave. has made it necessary for the Gun to vacate its Colorado Boulevard location. Debbie told the Westword reporter that the club would keep going at the old stand while the new magnificent edifice is going up...and will open sometime in the fall of this year.
