The last time I went to...

The last time I went to Rooster's I met three extremely hot Dominican dancers who knew how to work things reasonably well. The mileage was relatively average, but for the standards at Rooster's, I have to admit they were overly impressive.

Well, this night was an absolute horror. I was told by one of the 7-8 dancers who were there that Thursday's are usually one of their best nights, but tonight was certainly the exception. The club was smoke filled, relatively well lit, in a dreary sort of way. I much prefer a dark club, but if you are going to light the place, at least make it look like more than just a regular bar. There were normal chairs very old tables. You got the feeling that some women just showed up at the neighborhood hole-in-the-wall and were allowed to strip. It was sad.

I was approached by multiple dancers, none of which I would rate over a 3, and I am being generous. It was a far cry from the first time I went to Roosters. I wound up getting one dance for the standard price, and I was highly disappointed. The saying YMMV was never more apropos. The only positive item I could highlight was that the music was pretty good. Mostly hip-hop, which was certainly unexpected.
