When I come to a club...

When I come to a club like this I sometimes think that I am simply spoiled by some of the places I visit in other parts of the country. By most standards this isn't a bad club, but it is really not my favorite type of joint.

First off, the place is small, which I normally like, but the hustles used by the girls reminded me of one of its much larger sister clubs, Platinum Plus in Greenville (there is also one in Columbia, but I have not been there). The place seemed like a LD factory and many of the girls had little interest in spending much time trying to make the sale, though a couple of them made quick yet strong efforts to do so by getting very upclose and personal. ;) The few dancers that I spoke with at length also had very little experience dancing, so newness was common.

Others have described the layout fairly well, including the small main stage and the even smaller satellite stage, so I won't rehash it here. I will just add that, while there is a fairly long bar on one side wall of the club, it had only three chairs. It was clear that ownership was trying to steer patrons to use the many tables packed in the place. As a bar guy myself, I was not very fond of this. While I am complaining, I should also note that the music was very loud, which I hate and also reminded me of PP in Greenville.
