Arrived at the Admiral fairly late, maybe 4am or so. (they're open till 6). Greeted by a $25 cover charge, wow. I'm thinking this better be good. Anyway, no other club open and I was looking to see some naked girls so I went in. Grabbed a table and ordered a drink - everything is $6 and no booze - coffee, red bull, water, pop, etc. I'm told there's a liquor store/bar close by but it was closed when I was there. Interesting layout - no poles, just a big stage where girls come out and dance - seems almost more like a burlesque-style dance than normal strip club stuff. Girls were above average - I gotta say I wasn't paying too much attention to the girls on stage though. Got approached immediately by and eastern European dancer - typical hustle - aggressive, touchy-feely. I told her I'd just walked in and quickly shut that down. Eventually a young American dancer came by. We started talking, she was much less pushy, talked about life, what she was doing here, etc. Ended up getting a couple of dances - 3 for $75. Dance was great - lots of contact from her, very relaxed, let me do a little touching of the hips/legs. Probably could have gotten more but didn't want to push it. Afterwards we ended up chatting and having another drink. Overall, first time here but a lot of fun. I gotta say though, its expensive for what it is. You're paying for the name and the fact that they're open late for sure. I'd recommend checking it out if you're not worried about $$, but don't expect to get your money's worth by any means - there are many places much cheaper that provide the same kind of service.
