Been years since I stopped in, so thought I should make up for old times. The place was dead at lunch time. If you have the cash and the time, it would be prime time for chatting up the talent. I don't find the drink prices to be that bad, not worse than a Wizards game or a concert, and there are naked young women around. They are quite attractive and friendly, and for me its enough to be close to them for a minute or so. Bartendress was quite talkative and friendly as well.
