I have not been impressed with...

I have not been impressed with clubs in Iowa, and Beach Girls was no exception. The space was rather cramped and uncomfortable, but that would be ok if the dancers made up for that. They did not. I do not expect to find a place hopping on a Monday night, but it is always a bad sign to see no one in a place except for a few local dudes who clearly know each other and are just hanging out ignoring the dancers.

Of course, the girls were easy to ignore as they were (1) not very attractive and (2) not numerous - I think I saw three dancers in total. I normally try to wait for at least an hour to scope out the evening's talent, but I could not bring myself to bother this time.

The club could certainly be much better on a Friday night, but I don't plan on finding out.
