I've been to the Dolphin a lot in 2012. I can see how some people may not like it there, but I think you can actually have a good time there. There is no cover. Drink prices are pretty average for a strip club, like 4 or 5 bucks for a beer. There are 4 or 5 stages, during the weekend nights 3 stages go at a time. It's not a bad looking club, but I would say the Dolphin 2 looks better. As far as the quality of the dancers, the looks range from 5 to 7 with one 8 and one 9. There are a couple of black girls, but it's mostly white girls. As far as the stageshow, you can get better stageshows at other clubs in Portland. I've gotten to know a few of the girls really well, so I've gotten kisses on the cheek on stage by them, but they definitely don't do mini lapdances or anything like that some other Portland clubs do. The girls do get nude on stage. The lapdances are 20 bucks per song. The VIP is 100 bucks for 3 songs or 250 bucks for 30 minutes. With the regular lapdances it is a fully clothed lap dance, but it's definitely not an air dance. In the VIP it is topless. The VIP area is in a pretty private area away from the stages (although it's not as private as the Dolphin 2 VIP area). I think there's technically supposed to be no touching by the customer with the regular lapdances, but I have gotten 2 way contact with a few of the girls there, so you just have to find the right girl. In the VIP there is 2 way contact, you can touch the dancers tits, ass, but you can't touch the pussy. I have gotten away with a lot more in VIP, but like I said it depends on the dancer, and it definitely doesn't hurt to be a regular at the club like I am. There are cameras in the VIP area at Dolphin 2, but I didn't see any at Dolphin 1, I could be wrong. If you do VIP on a Friday or Saturday night the bouncer will check up on you occasionally because it's usually busy in the club. That's why if I do VIP, I do it on a Wednesday night or something, there's a much better chance that the bouncer won't check in.

I generally prefer Dolphin 2 to Dolphin 1 because: Dolphin 2 girls are hotter, Dolphin 2's VIP is more private, it is more lively at Dolphin 2, and there are more girls at Dolphin 2.

I still have a good time at Dolphin 1. Recommended girls: Blossom, Sable, Layla, and Diamond.
