This is the poorest excuse for a club that I have seen in a long, long time.. I dropped in there for the first (and last) time one Saturday night about 11:00 PM, and I knew before I walked into the place that it was going to suck... It's in a strip mall on El Camino with what appears to be an Indian grocery store--definitely one odd location for even a bikini bar. The place is small; bar to the right as you walk in, crappy riser (couldn't call it a stage) to the left. When I walked in, there with a single dancer in a pretty small bikini working fairly hard for the only other patron in this dump other than me. She was a reasonably good looking blonde, maybe a 7--definitely out of place for this dump. The other patron was at the bar and looked to be hammered to the point where he didn't even care about checking her out anymore.. I saw her working hard, gave her a fiver and waited at the bar for the bartender to finally come over and give me a beer. This took long enough for the girl on stage to finish up and another one to come out.. I don't know if it was because the place was empty, or if it is a regular scam, but both the drunk cat and I got hit up for a 'donation' as the first blonde finished her set. OK, whatever, I understand the girls are working for tips, so I gave her a few more singles. As soon as the blondes replacement started song number two, the blonde reappeared, and asked me if I wanted a private dance.. Since there wasn't much else going on in the place, I decided to give it a try.. I don't recall whether it was 5 or ten bucks, but it definitely wasn't worth the price regardless.. You sit on a raised bench, sort of like a shoe shine chair, which entitles you to a zero contact air dance to songs that are cut way short..

I left right after the dance. In short, don't bother with this place.. The only thing it has going for it is a liquor license.. If you want to drink and see decent ladies in a bikini club, go to the Brass Rail.. The place is bigger, has a few seriously hot chicks dancing there, and it doesn't have that run-down crap hole vibe of the candid club.
