I did visit this place on a trip to Costa Rica a few years ago and its much the same as recent reviewers say. Its a hotel with lots of women and men in a bar setting just talking and getting a feel for things. I found on the net before I headed down so was looking for it. I stayed just a block away, but didn't know it at the time. I hopped a cab and asked him if he could take me to Key Largo. He says sure and proceeds to drive around the block real slow like I wouldn't notice. The place made up for this asshole. I'm not a regular with hookers or strip clubs so I was only there a short time until a small spanish lady with half decent english came up and decided to walk me out to my hotel. I did get some bargaining in but just down to her price anyhow that's all over the reviews at $80. Took her to desk she knew what to do, there was no fee as I was there for a few days. I had a good ride on her small frame as I'm more the meaty lover. She got me off, paid her and she cleaned up and left . Even gave me her email which I did contact her after and she replied. She said guys she met there would fly her all over to visit again. I'd fly myself back for more women at that place for sure..wow.
