Night shift is an exercise in patience. If you are waiting for a girl to ask you for a dance, the weekend is your best bet. The girls are more eager. Only one of the six was good on stage. Now, this may not be a criteria for a lot of guys but you spend a lot a time waiting to get a dance. Since to get a dance you have to approach the girl, stage performance is important. I get the feeling that the place is in transition. Turnover is high and business is slowing down. Ego, weak weekday results.
