When the Diamond opened several years ago, it made the front page of the Rocky Mountain News (that dates me). Since then it has been known as the high-end strip club in Denver. Part of its reputation is due to the adjacent steakhouse and its reputation for serving real food. I believe it is the flagship of the Lowry empire here in the Mile High City. Yes, when the dancers have their clothes on they are very well dressed. The stages and tables are substantial and the lighting very good (Denver's approach to a west coast club). The fact that it is near several hotels means it gets a lot of the tourist trade. Part of its fame is the upstairs after-hours club, but there is no way you can get me in downtown Denver. It is run very much according to the VCG business model, and not as friendly as most Colorado clubs, but it can't be beat for glamour.
