This club's a dud.

But its closest to a bunch of hotels - hilton, sheraton, fairfield/marriot, etc - and these hotels are nearest to downtown without the hassle of actually being in downtown. So the location has potential.

The shady, run-down look from outside sometimes fits the profile of a wild, naughty and whacky stripper-mania joint inside. Example is XTC in Austin, TX (shack from outside, and love shack inside).
