It is a shame that a club that once had so much going for it, is now headed down the tubes. The owner and management have forgotten the core values that made this club so successful. This was always a medium size bar with a neighborhood feel that featured good looking and friendly girls who stripped. A sports bar with tits is how most regular customers have described it. Clubs and personnel need to change and adapt, I get that. But they should not forget how they became successful. Recently some remodeling has occurred. They tore out the back bar and have added addition couch seating and also a VIP Hostess station. The grand plan from what I have been told by several dancers is the Owner now wants to change the pricing structure and dancer fees. The club Owner thinks this is some new upscale Vegas or New York club. The existing price structure has been $ 20 lap dances which all goes to the girl. VIP Rooms for 15 min. $50 for dancer and $50 for club. 30 min VIP room with $ 100 for dancer and $100 for club. and 60 Min VIP at $200 for dancer and $200 for club. The club also runs 2 4 1 dances on Tues. and Sat. Even though business is down, dancer turnover is high due to management issues and fines, and the girls are earning less money...The club wants to raise the prices. The owner got upset because some girls were just doing so many lap dances and not the private rooms that he now wants to change the prices. He want to institute $10 tops on air dances in the remodeled couch area.. dancer keeps all money. Lap Dances would be raised to $30 and the club would get $10 and count all dances to ensure their cut. VIP Room Rates if I remember correctly would be: 15 Mins at $75 for dancer and $65 for club. 30 min VIP at $125 for dancer and $125 for club. and 60 min VIP to $250 for dancer and $250 for club. I may be slightly off on the room prices because I was in shock when I was being told this info.

The sad part is they are not paying attention to Bar / Restaurant Management 101. It used to be a short but normal wait to get a drink at the bar. As a regular I almost never had to wait and could get served by any bartender or waitress. Now if Im not standing at the bar, I have to wait for a waitress and sometimes the one or two that are working are no where to be found. My last visit I had to wait almost 10 mins for a drink. Really. And you wonder why you are not making money? Two orders of appetizers took almost 20 mins... used to take 7 or 8 min. I was standing at the bar and two of the newer bartenders were too busy drinking and talking to even acknowledge my presence. It is a fact in the club business that if you can not keep pouring drinks you can not make money. Several of the top bartenders have left because of how the employees are being treat and I can not blame them. Hell, I am there trying to spend money and can not even get a drink and I am a card carrying VIP Member at the club.

The night that the club had Comedy at the STrip Club with Mickey C. It lasted two hours and sucked. I felt bad for the dancers because they were not allowed to dance and make money during the show. But the owner could care less because he made his money on the price of the tickets.
