Sassy's is pretty much the classic...

Sassy's is pretty much the classic example of a Portland strip club (so the opposite of Vegas or Houston, essentially). The place is pretty beaten up, and you can imagine a past life where it was a rock club or standard dive bar. Video lottery and a smoking patio to your right as you walk in, bar to the back. Three stages, but I've only ever seen two in use at one time.

This is a good thing. You can chill out at the bar, peel off some ones at the rack, watch the game on TV, etc. The dancers are all friendly and cute hot in the alt/tatted way. There's zero pressure to get a lap dance in the small alcove behind the main stage. That's $20 if you want one.

The happy hour from 4pm-7pm is great since they've got around 20 taps quality local microbrews at $2. So you can get a few beers and spend some time at the rack for $20 easy. There's no cover charge.
