I returned to Brad's on Wednesday,...
I returned to Brad's on Wednesday, March 30 for what was, I am sorry to say, only my first visit of 2005. It was a perfect visit, though...just enough dancers for the number of patrons. I had dances with my old friends Bianca (get her while you can..she's leaving in May), Kim, Miranda and Jazmine. I took a chance on Austin, who is a slim blonde in her mid 20s who looks like she is in her late teens. Normally, I get a couch dance with dancers who are new to me, rather than start off with the time/money commitment of VIP. Something told me that I could go straight back to VIP with Austin, and my instincts did not fail me. She is a warm, lovely, friendly, sweet woman, and in now firmly esconced in my VIP line up.
I was told that Mickey was fired. I was also sorry to hear that the cook who used to run the outside barbecue died of a stroke over the winter. The barbecue (a favorite, since the kitchen closes at 11:00, but barbecue is available until closing, or after) will be back, but the cook will not. RIP, buddy.
Hopefully my next Brad's trip will be sooner than four months from now. It's simply a great place to hang out, whether you have an hour to spend, or eight hours. You can burn through some money here...I have, but I've never regretted a penny of it.
