Much has been said about this bar so I'll just make a few observations based on my several visits. Park close to the Trolley Station on the west side of the highway. The pedestrian border crossing is near there. Once you cross the border, the path will take you back over the highway to the taxi stand which remains in its original location. The taxi ride is $5 plus I give $1 tip. Just say Adelita. Believe me, they know where it is. They will probably try to get you to go to another bar or massage parlor; just politely say no thank you.

I went on a Tues night and it was pretty dead. Definitely more guys than girls and the action level was low. Quality was pretty mediocre but frankly not too different from what I've seen on recent visits. Drinks in the bar are cheap, unless you buy one for the girl. Your Corona will set you back $3.25 but the girl's drink is $7. They get a chit for each drink.

Be aware that the bar' red lighting covers up a LOT. The girls know how to use maximize the benefits of makeup. If you don't choose carefully, the fluorescent light in the hotel upstairs will bring out the harsh realities of age and imperfections.
