Visited Sugar N Spice for the first time in a year and very little has changed--still more or less a neighborhood bar with "late depression" decor, inexpensive drinks, no cover and mostly unspectacular dancers (they range from about a 3 to a 8). CDs are exceptionally tame and the girls never solicit you for one.
