Visited Penthouse Club last Friday with my wife. I might be the exception, but since the wife is into the clubs and the occasional dancer I prefer to go with her as opposed to with buddies. On a good night with her there can be some good times with the right dancer. Arrive about 10pm and we took a seat. Ordered some drinks and went for awhile before my wife noticed someone that she might want a dance with. We were probably there a good hour before we picked her out and were close to giving up as we don’t stay that late when we go to the Penthouse club because of the area, and sometimes the clientele is a little rougher than our regular Flight Club. Anyways, I always negotiate a couples price for a private dance as I have had dancers try to double the rate if I don’t bring it up first. Dancer was a pretty good looking blonde with a great body, said that she was also a hairdresser during the day. We went up to the private couches with curtains, not certain if that was considered VIP or not and had a great time. Dancer probably wasn’t as into my wife as she could have been, although she was paying nice attention to me during the dance. She seemed a little concerned during the dance about the bouncer checking on her as things heated up, which was a disappointment based on what we have heard about PC. My wife is hot, so that wasn’t it, I think the dancer might have just been all about the business and wasn’t going to let go and enjoy it, or at least act like it. All in all, it was a good time anyways. We went back to our table and attempted to order more drinks, but we could not summon a waitress. When does that happen in a strip club? So we waited a while longer as we really wanted to try another dancer, but got frustrated with the poor service and bagged it. I then went up to the bar and ended up having to complain and make an issue of not getting a drink, and not getting the bill and being able to leave. We finally settled up, a little pissed, and made the long drive home. The crowd was pretty good, but the dancer quality was not up to what we expected. It took awhile to sift through the gals to find someone acceptable.
