Things are really looking up at...
Things are really looking up at Sugar's. I stopped in the last couple nights around 7, and found a few surprises. First, they've added 4 "VIP" booths on the left (east) side of the room, where the long bench used to be. The booths are arranged like Honey's, but smaller and cloth rather than leather/vinyl. They seem a little cramped, but the plus side of that is it's difficult to peek in and almost impossible to see what's going on below the waist (hint, hint). One dancer mentioned dances in the booths are "supposed" to be just for $30-$50 dances, but I got the feeling you can still get a $20 dances there unless it's crowded. Also, the second stage was open, despite having only about 8 dancers working at the time.
Had nice chats with Destiny, Arianna, Gabrielle, and Paige with minimal hussle. The big surprise though was I ran in to Jersey, who is now splitting time between here and Honey's. Probably the nicest gal I've ever talked to in a club, and pleasure to watch. She mentioned really enjoying working at Sugar's - more laid back and personal with lower house fees and better management.
Found out Marilynn is finally back in town, but only for a little while before she hits the road again. The dancer mentioned in the last review sounds a lot like Deja. She was fired after working there several years, so sounds like the Sugar's management is doing their job - letting the girls earn their money, as long as they keep it honest.
