I'm downgrading Paper Moon by a point for this review, because they've been raising their prices and putting in new rules. For example, cover (on a recent Friday night) was up to $12, domestic beers are $6, and imported beers are $7. Add on a dollar tip to every drink and it adds up quickly. Laps are still $20. There also seems to be a decline in the quality of the dancers. On this particular Friday there were only about 10-15 girls working, mostly 6's with a couple of 8's. Quite a few new faces, and not that many of them attractive. I had a couple of dances with a new girl, Taylor, who has a huge rack and a pleasant personality, but her laps left me cold. She also warned me not to "touch her booty". She bragged about dancing at big-time NYC clubs and making thousands in a night, but it didn't look as if she was having much success selling her wares tonight. I had another set of dances with Phoenix, who rocked me as usual. She might not be the classic beauty, but she makes up for it with charm, enthusiasm and talent. Finally I got a 2-for-1 with Destiny, who also gave me the "booty" warning. This must be some kind of new rule, because I've never heard this at PM before. They did 2-for-1's about three times in all while I was there, around once per hour. Destiny still gives a killer lap despite the hands-off policy.
