I went to LIPS to celebrate...

I went to LIPS to celebrate my bestman bachelor party around july last year.Went with 4 of my closest friends. We arrived at 10:00 pm and it was empty.As already mentioned by other reviewers this place opens at 9pm until 5am. The entrance fee is a little expensive. The cover charge per person is $20 dollars at the door, but it includes a drink of your choice (beer or a local rum). At the door where two bouncers and they also charge me $5 for the parking adding more to the expenses. After you go thru a metal detector there is a little alley with a fountain and then you can see the vip lounge and the stage. They got around 15 chairs around the stage and high seats at the back. They have a little bar were the girls where talking to each other. We sat around the stage and started to throw a money, at least two of them started to make a good show for us. There are all kinds of dancers, from puerto ricans to dominicans and the age range is from 18 to 35 some of the most beautiful women that I have ever seen in the strip club scene. The ambience is ok, but you do not relax because there is constant pressure to buy drinks.The drinks are very expensive($5 for beer & $10 premium drinks), so I recommend you drink somewhere else before heading there. The place can get very crowded, especially on fridays after midnight. Some of the most beautiful women that I have ever seen -- VIP rooms in the back are clean, though not very comfortable. They charge $100 for 4 songs and the private is $200 including a bottle of champagne. I haven't been to many strip clubs in my day but this one has to be one of the funniest, its clean and everyone is very nice to you. No matter what you are doing in San Juan, Puerto Rico you must visit LIPS. I gotta say is wow...
