Lappers is a topless lap dancing place in Portsmouth VA. There's planty of parking outside and the area although not very good seems to be safe .... I've been going there for 15 years and never had a problem. Once while in the club someone broke my power antenna on my 4 runner. You enter into a cubicle where you pay the cover charge through a plexiglass window they buzz you in. Cover charge is 7 or $10 depending on the day of the week and the time of day.

The club is very dark and is impregnated with smoke.... 90% of the dancers smoke. There are a couple of pool tables... about 4 TV's and seating around the edges of the room. Nothing is fancy or comfortable the seating is there for you to wait until your lady is available. There is a sometimes clean rest room available off this main room.

I've been in many a seedy place in my life and this isn't at the bottom .... but definately not upscale. Soft drinks are two or three dollars.
