Visited this club Saturday night around...

Visited this club Saturday night around 11:00 pm and man how things have changed. For a while, I was attending this club on a semi-regular basis when I made a trip over to Jax. Last summer and fall, I attended this club several times on weekend nights and it was almost always packed. Since I had not been in quite some time, I decided to stop in again and was expecting the parking lot to be full as usual. As I pulled up, I knew something was wrong when there were plenty of empty parking spaces. When I made my way in, it was literally dead in there. Hardly any customers (maybe 25 at the most) and about 10 dancers. I was more used to seeing 100-150 customers and 20-25 dancers on a late Saturday night. I didn't recognize any of the dancers so there must have been almost complete turnover here just in the last few months. Of the new girls, none were bad, but only two were really attractive to me (8-9 in looks) while the rest were just in that 5-7 range. There was no energy at all in the place and by the time I left (around 1 am) the crowd had dwindled down to about 12 or so. I sat at the bar the whole time but did twice tip the girl I thought looked the best of all. After I tipped her the first time she stopped by and sat with me for awhile. She was very sweet and beautiful to boot, but you could tell she was depressed because of the lack of money she was making. She told me she had started working here again during SuperBowl week but ever since that week the place had been really dead most nights. She said she was thinking about moving to another Jax club. She thinks management scared away a lot of locals when they raised the cover charge during SuperBowl week. It's come back down now but apparently several regulars must have found other places. It's a shame because it's got a fairly nice layout and it used to be a pretty fun place. It's going to take some time for this place to turn back around I'm afraid.
