I had been in Miami for some time and had to try Tootsies after hearing raving stories. Basically I was told you can get anything you want. First cheap cover $6 at about 9pm. Drinks are reasonable at $6 for a scotch(Black label)not bad for the area. Didn't take long to be asked if I wanted company which I eventually gave into. LOl. went to a back room for $25 lap dances. Good contact and nudity, then the proposition for more service. 2 different girls and the same thing... anything you want and they negotiate. $100 for a half hour and then pay the girl. I said I only have $100 and she agreed. I thought things were going well, got the room and the girl then the bouncer comes around and see whats going on. I got kicked out. I was ripped off. I won't go back as there are to many other clubs to visit. Maybe I did something wrong... not sure.
