This is probably the best club...

This is probably the best club in Seattle, not only because of the fact that many other clubs are closed down, but because Ricks got closed and many of the hot girls from there joined Sands. You are in for an awesome treat if you go at noon or early evening (yea, you are right, you get what you need). $40 is for a regular cuddling dance, $60 will get you a wilder one and $100 is where all the action is (though if you are a regular, a $40 can get you what a $100 gives). But if you are not comfortable shelling out a $100, I am sure you will be more than satisfied with $40 dances. There is a $20 one but I have never taken it and perhaps it does not involve touch unless the girls are pretty desperate.
