Friday night around 11:00 pm. I've been coming to Dreams on average almost every other week these days. I find the best time is usually starting close to midnight. El Paso is come to Fort Bliss so in the club you can see that many of the patron are service members.

The club has a large warehouse interior look. There is a upper platform for VIP although I've never gone up there. There doesn't seem to be many people upper, probably just for more privacy with the dancers.

The dancers are nice. They're not afraid to approach you for dances, there are a few dancers that team up as a pair to entice you for a dance. Dreams in my opinion is the best strip club in El Paso, if you're looking for more mileage you might want to take a look at the Red Parrot.
