Located in the heart of San Diego's Redlight District (Midway/Sports Arena) connected to Les Girls, The Body Shop is what I imagine stop clubs like back in the 70's.

The reason I might think that this club is like one from the 70's is because the decor looks about 35 years old and it smells just about the same. The no-stripping staff seems to be a little rough around the edges. There is no DJ, so the girls pick their and cue up their own music and there is always an uncomfortable silence when a girl get done with her second dance.

My perception of this club may be clouded due to my sobriety everytime I go (juice bar/no booze/ loads of c-section scars). The $10 cover gets you a lifetime pass, which just means that you need to pay the two drink min (2 cokes for $10). The quality of the girls is really hit or miss (mainly miss)
