This was my first visit to...
This was my first visit to Centerfolds 2000 in a number of years. A fav of mine from another club is dancing here now so I stopped in to check things out. Though not club related I have to give fair warning to all that the Friday afternoon traffic headed west to this club is terrible no matter how you approach. Head out early or go on another day. This may explain why the club was so slow during my visit today.
Once I arrived I found the club to be darker than I remember it but, just as years ago, the music was way too loud for the time of day. Another ego-maniac DJ locked away in a booth talking too fast and playing every song with offensive lyrics that he could find too loudly! OK, the girls? Only about six working but all were very attractive. The bartender was also friendly and cute as well. Stage sets are four songs. The girls only got topless while I was there. Not sure if that was due to the lack of customers (about 3) or if it's a policy. Again, the music is so loud that it's just about impossible to carry on any sort of conversation with a dancer unless you go over to the bar area. I went to the stage twice and found the stage-side contact to be fairly liberal though this will vary from girl to girl. Decent mix of ethnicity and body type and all of the girls there were friendly and in shape.
Private dances in the main room are $20 each. I'm assuming that they are topless only, not sure. I opted for a 30 trip to the V.I.P. room. The cost is $200 to the girl (some will charge more, some less) and $100 to the club. There are no drinks offered for the VIP during the day but, since there is no waitress, you are also not going to have to fork over another VIP size tip either. The VIP area is huge-practically the size of many clubs-and very dark. Plenty of privacy on a slow afternoon and my gal was friendly and accommodating. No extras offered or asked for but the two-way contact was very generous. There is also no timekeeper involved during the day. We went over by bout ten minutes with no protests from the club. Keep in mind all of this is YMMV. On a different day with a different manager or a different dancer it could all be well, different. That being said I enjoyed my visit. The DJ needs to cut the volume in half and calm down a little but, given the nature of the venue, I'm guessing that's not likely to happen. Most dancers I know wouldn't tip an idiot who plays the music too loudly for them to work their customers. That's probably why he's stuck on the dayshift...
