Haven't been to a strip club...

Haven't been to a strip club for quite some time; they've largely been a disappointment since a fairly recent crack down on them, which included some convictions and the closing of the original "Ricks" on Lake City Way. And then relationships and other commitments, economizing, etc.

The "Hey Day" of Seattle area clubs was back in the days of the old "Bavarian Gardens" in the Factoria area of Bellevue, and the original "Sugars" on Aurora. Beautiful, friendly, and even intelligent dancers. Great fun. Remember my first visit to the Bavarian Gardens - my first visit to ANY strip club - when I was taken there by an old friend. We took a break for a bite at a nearby Denny's, and it seemed so odd that all the women there had their clothes on!

Ricks, and the Deja Vu on Lake City Way were almost at that level for a while, until the aforementioned crackdown.
