First problem here is the small parking lot. When I arrived a few minutes past midnight, there were no spaces left. There is a lot right across the street that you can probably park in safely. When you walk in the door there is an $8 cover charge. The club features a small bar, and then a stage area that has two poles. The furniture seems like it's been around since the 1980s. A lot of seats have rips / holes. Drinks run $4 for bottles of domestic beer, and some nights they have specials. (The Friday night special was $3 domestic taps.) Lighting in this club is terrible, and the lights look like they also have been around since the 1980s. Musical selection is mostly rock/rap. If you are looking for a club with a nice appearance, you should definitely avoid Visions and go to the club on the West Side of Madison.

The girls here are mostly 5s/6s. There were only 8 dancers for a Friday night. 1 black, 1 Asian, the rest white. Other clubs in the area you'd see 15+ at this time. The dancers are all friendly, which is great. Some go fully nude on stage, others only go topless and give a peek for a tip. There are private dance rooms and it costs $20 per dance. The dances are low in contact, unfortunately. There is no touching by the customer allowed per Madison law, and they have several signs inside to remind you of this.
