Had an excellent, but maybe atypical, experience at Treasures. Why atypical? First, my visit was July 3, and several people in the hospitality industry told me it was the "slowest week of the year" in Las Vegas. Second, I was in the club from 6:30-9:30 pm, which is early by Vegas standards. It seems to me that the guys roll into the strip clubs after the shows and the other clubs slow down--dancers mentioned, "it really picks up about 3:00 am."

Enough disclaimers. I had a marvelous time, and will definitely return. In the early evening, the club was totally laid back (my preferred environment): no pressure to buy drinks, dancers being polite instead of pushy, overall a mellow vibe, contrary to the high-energy, high pressure atmosphere of the Rhino or Club Paradise. I tipped a gorgeous, slender African American girl during her stage dance, and she sat down with me at the bar after her set. We had a real conversation over two rounds of drinks before she suggested a lap dance. Once we got started, we kept going at $20 a song with more contact than I bargained for and (most surprisingly) without a single upsell to the VIP. Just good vibrations for 2+ hours with this sweetheart.

The physical facility is attractive, in the "Vegas Venetian Revival" style. There are two floors (although I never made it upstairs). Like most Vegas clubs, the supply of dancers almost magically matches demand--as more customers arrived, new girls materialized. The management was discreet, and I got the idea that as long as you were tipping and treating the dancers and staff with respect, they cut you some slack. For someone like me, less hustle trranslated into bigger tips and more dances.
