Was in town on business and decided to check out Venus. The club is a typical rundown north woods bar, with as much attention paid by patrons on the pool table as the entertainment. Bar is across from a small stage with a few seats. Went and grabbed a drink and headed to the tip rail. There were 5-6 girls on that night. Music is played through a dollar-fed juke box before each set - I saw one patron get scolded for trying to play a song. The girls were a lot of fun on the most part, choosing unique songs to play and giving a lot of up close attention at the rail for tips. There were two extremes - one blond (the only non- fully nude dancer of the night) only did a bit of heavy ear breathing for each dollar, while one brunette pretty much gave a full contact lap dance test drive for each buck. It worked on me. I took her to the curtained dance area and had a great high contact dance with lots of grinding and contact.

The place is truly a dive, but with no cover, cheap drinks and friendly girls it's worth a fun evening.
