We took our lunch break from work the other day and decided to check out Archibald's. I'm new to DC and have heard of the ridiculous rules that are applied to the establishments in the city. Coming from a place like Detroit where there is so much available to club hounds I have avoided the DC circuit because I was afraid of being disappointed. I always figured that these were just exaggeration or that there must be a way around these restrictions.

I am sad to report that I found neither of these things. Like I've been told about DC clubs, there are no lap dances ore even really table dances. The ladies occupied the two stages that the club had. We the attendees, approached the ladies and offered our tips. Of course there is no touching or really even interaction. Its mostly like watching a girl on your computer but she is right in front of you and you really can't even enjoy it.

Now I'd add that I am obviously not a super rich man. I'm assuming if you had the money, and bought the ladies drinks and paid for their time, that they would be more amenable to your desires. I don't know this for sure of course. During the afternoon there were a few "gentlemen" of experience. I noticed a small cluster of ladies huddled around a few men, and I would assume these would be men of money.
