I dropped in to Knockouts on...

I dropped in to Knockouts on Tuesday afternoon after work. The place was pretty dead. Three dancers and about that many customers. Ivory, Sahara and Sapphire were dancing. I had a couple of dances from Ivory and Sahara that had some good grinding, but I have had much better dances at Knockouts in the past. Still at no cover, five dollar dances on the floor, 10 dollar dances in the VIP area, four dollar beers it was not a bad way to spend an hour.

I worry when I see so few patrons in a club. I don't see how they can make it with so few customers. Plus, fewer patrons usually means fewer and less enthusiastic dangers. It is a vicious cycle. Knockouts has been up and down lately, I have been there when there was a pretty good crowd, but I am afraid with too many more days like Tuesday it cannot survive. In a five strip club town, that would be a pretty bad loss, especially as three of them are run by the same conglomerate.
