Based on reviews written here and elsewhere, I went to Pulse last night expecting a high number of large black women, dancing in a room with excruciatingly loud music. Those preconceptions were all wrong. From 7 to 10 PM, ALL the dancers were thin white girls, almost all with rather small natural boobies. Personally, my preference is for non-whites, but these girls were all good looking and pleasant to interact with. I especially enjoyed Candy and Lacy. Around 8:30 PM, I noticed one nice AA dancer enter the building and report to the dressing room. But by 10 she hadn't made an appearance. I asked the bartender/manager(?) if she'd be coming out to dance. He promised to go get her, and in about 10 minutes she was approaching my table. Starr was exactly what I was looking for. Not too big, but still with curves. After about 60 seconds of small talk, I proposed a VIP session to her, and what followed was very satisfactory to all parties involved. Let's say I WILL make the 45 mile trip from Bloomington to see her again.

The club was pleasantly decorated. As everyone mentions, there is some construction going on behind the bar area. The music was just about right volume-wise and the DJ was informative without being annoying. The temperature in the place was a little bit chilly, but that's better than too hot. I'll be back.
