This is the club I go...

This is the club I go to most often, yet after being a TUSCL member for 18 months this is my first review of it. Usually, I go to this club to see particular girls, have my usual good time with them and there's really nothing special or unusual to write about. I like to write a review when I've had something different than the normal experience. My trip here on Friday afternoon, 6/8/2012 between 3:00 and 5:30 p.m. was different for me.

Since nearby Rick's closed two years ago, I haven't been a consistent day shift club-goer anywhere. Rick's seemed to be the only club in the region that did a good daytime business. However, this past Friday, I went to Deja Vu in the afternoon to see a particular day shift dancer that I hadn't seen in eight months. She came from the Rick's day shift crew when it closed.

I was pleasantly surprised at how busy Deja Vu was. Before I enter any strip club, I assess the potential. First I observe how many cars are in the parking lot. There were about 25. That was a good sign for the day shift. Before I paid my admission, I asked how many dancers were on duty. I was told nine. Five more arrived while I was there. The dancer count was better than I anticipated. It didn't really matter, I knew that the dancer I wanted to see was there. Upon walking into the club there were about 10 customers. The dancers were successful getting dances from the customers. Only one of the two stages was in use. The disc jockey felt there were enough customers to run hourly specials. That usually only happens during the night shift. Customers were tipping at the stage. The atmosphere was more like the night shift, but on a smaller scale. Customers and dancers seemed happy.
