The sign outside proclaims 3 dances for $25. The low cost alone correctly sets your expectations for the quality inside. There were 5 girls working while I was there, with quality running roughly 2-6. The dances are a great value, as they're good for moderate mileage (though out in the open) without coming close to breaking the bank. Drink prices were definitely low to fair as well.

One of the dancers had a very disappointing demeanor about her. I took advantage of the 3 for $25, the dances were great, even paying $40 to show appreciation, but she immediately ran off for a regular right after I paid her without a word or gratitude. I made a point of getting dances from another girl right in front of her and tipping her well too, since I'm a jerk.

My experience was effectively a mixed bag, but I feel like if you found a dancer you liked and had the right demeanor, you could have a great night for under $200. I'll probably come back, but not for a few months.
