Penthouse is my favorite Detroit club. Always busy with lots of dancers on each shift. The girls range from 9's (few) to an average of 7's to a few 5's and 6's. And this is where I have a slight beef. If seems the overall quality has gone down in the last 2 years. It used to be that there low was a 7 and they averaged 8-9 with an occasional 10. And it also seems that the best girls have their own group that they seem to hangout with, or they disappear for a long time after they dance.

That said, just about every dancer will offer extras in the private curtained rooms. Both the front and backrooms will work, but the backrooms are more private and a dancer taking you back there means that everything is on the table. Typical prices are $150 to $200. This is the best club in Detroit - physical environment, overall quality of the dancers and the availability of extras.
