I found this place while in London for business. Very easy to get to from the underground. Looks like a normal pub and people are very friendly when you walk in. It is basically a bar with a stage at the end.

Girls come round with the pint glass and you must pay a pound. Doesn't matter if she's 400lbs you must pay or have an interesting conversation with the bouncer that you will lose. I saw some younger guy thrown out cause he didn't like the perticular girl and didn't pay.

Girls are all pretty good looking. Mostly eastern European. Lap dances are air dances but the girls aren't pushy. With cheap booze, a reasonable system of payment, and good looking girls it was a good time. They've also got some tv's to watch between dances. There is probably a ten minute window between girls so it was nice to have some other entertainment.
